This project measures Food Safety Culture and provides management with better insight into which elements of culture are most related to Food Safety Non-Conformances and unusually high Staff Attrition rates.
Preview of Artificial Intelligence Proof of Concept projects and Machine Learning being applied in the Food Industry. These include pattern recognition and data analysis of key feature variables that have a direct impact on Food Safety Deviations, Non-Conformances, Right-First-Time [RTF], Quality Control 1 [QC1: Maximum Shelf Life and Quality], and Cost and Process Efficiencies.
This project measures Food Safety Culture and provides management with better insight into which elements of culture are most related to Food Safety Non-Conformances and unusually high Staff Attrition rates.
This project analyses how Right-First-Time (RTF) is tracking within the company and provides management with better insight into how in-process variables are impacting efficiency. It also identifies what variables are having an impact on key Food Safety and Quality metrics such as unexplained spikes in Thermophilic Counts, a customer QA issue.
